    Is Spruce essential oil the same as Black Spruce or are is there more than one type of spruce?

      There are several types of spruce, for example:
      Black spruce (Picea mariana)
      Hemlock spruce (Tsuga canadensis)
      Norway spruce (Picea abies)
      Red spruce (Picea rubens)
      White spruce (Picea glauca)
