Inhalation of Essential Oils
A NEW single class with Hana Tisserand
Price: $45 US
Inhalation - the original aroma-therapy
Whether it was a tester in a store or a bottle offered by a friend, for many of us the first encounter with essential oils happened via inhalation. And I’m sure you remember that the effect was almost immediate! During inhalation, plant volatile molecules travel through our nose and impact both our mind and our airways.
This single class is here to explore the impact of inhalation, the most appropriate means to facilitate it, as well as safety aspects of the practice. We will look at different types of diffusers and inhalers to help you make the best choice for whatever situation you need to address.
The class covers:
What happens to our brain and respiratory system when essential oils are inhaled
When inhalation is the most effective and appropriate mode of application
Dose and frequency considerations
Safety precautions
Means of inhalation including diffuser types overview
Practical guidelines for safe and effective inhalation
Learning outcomes
You will be able to:
Choose the most appropriate inhalation tool
Evaluate diffusers based on your needs
Use essential oils efficiently and safely via inhalation
