The Tisserand Institute takes great care to ensure that the information it provides is accurate and up to date. However, the Tisserand Institute, its owners, tutors and other contractors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or other damages arising from the application of information provided on its website, online training platform, or any other media.
Tisserand Institute will refund your payment in full with no questions asked if you request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, course fees are not refundable.
Requests for refund should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The refund will be made within 48 hours of your request, directly to the credit card you used to make the purchase.
If you are on a payment plan and one of your payments does not go through, your course access will be suspended. If the payment is made within 7 days of suspension, your course access will be restored. If payment is not made within 7 days of suspension, you will permanently lose access to the course materials and any credits or awards gained.
Please note that non-completion of course material or assessment is not grounds for a refund claim.
Students are given three attempts to pass their final examination. If a student fails all three attempts, any further attempts will be subject to an examination fee.
